- Return application conditions
You can apply for a return within 7 days from the date of receipt.
The product must be kept unworn, unwashed, with intact tags and complete packaging.
We do not support returns for products damaged due to personal reasons (such as damaged zippers, improper washing, etc.).
Special products and promotional products are not supported for return, please confirm before purchase.
- Refund process
Please submit a return application through the “My Order” page, or contact the customer service email 825908098@qq.com.
After the review is passed, we will provide a return address, please send the product back.
After receiving and confirming that the product is correct, the original payment will be refunded within 3 working days.
The portion paid using a discount code or coupon is not refundable.
- Shipping fee description
For returns due to quality issues or wrong products, we will bear the shipping fee.
For returns due to personal reasons (such as wrong size or wrong style), the shipping fee shall be borne by the buyer.
- Special instructions
All returns must be applied for first. Packages sent back without application will not be refunded.
